Most of what we do works perfectly well over a video call and a shared folder. Award interpretation, contracts, policies, payroll reviews and the difficult conversations that come up along the way do not require anyone to be in the same room, and we work with businesses in every state on exactly that basis.
The one thing worth flagging: long service leave is governed by state and territory law rather than by the Fair Work Act, so it differs depending on where your employees are. If you have staff across more than one state, say so early and we will factor it in.
